Hi friends,
Today we are using the Cricut to sublimate a mug and make a box for the mug.
You can use any image inside Design Space that you like, I really liked this summery sloth, so I chose this one.

I think he describes summer perfect. I chose the same image for both sides of the mug. The mug I used is an 11 ounce mug. I printed it on an Epson 4800 printer (that I converted to sublimation) and pressed it with a mug press I purchased from Proworld.
The box for this mug, I will admit was a bit finicky to put together.

I did modify the box slightly. I used a small circle punch to create a finger notch, so the recipient can see where to open the box from.

I think this is a great way to present a box to someone. I used plain card stock from Michaels, I do recommend a good sturdy card stock like Stampin’ Up! or Papertrey Ink.
You can see the video tutorial for the mug and box HERE
Thank you so much for stopping by,
Hugs, Stacy
