Hi friends. Welcome back to another Friday PIP (Pinterest Inspired Project). Today we will be in the kitchen making apple crisp. When I think of apple crisp, I think of the colder seasons, not something I tend to make during the warmer months. We love apples, and I thought we would give this is a try.
I was inspired by Lindsay from Life Love And Sugar. This recipe is so easy to make and oh my goodness it is fantastic. I made this on Wednesday, and today is Friday and it is just about gone. I will be making this again very soon.

I followed Lindsay’s recipe exactly, and it came out perfect. In my oven this took 45 minutes, the house smelled so good.

The topping was crumbly & crispy and the apples were perfectly tender. If you are now craving apple crisp (you’re welcome ☺️ ), be sure to visit Lindsay and print this recipe out.
This was so simple to make and again, very easy to make. This baked in an 8 x 8 pan, which is the perfect size. It is not to much to where it might go to waste, but perfect so it will last a few days.
Serve warm, cold, or with ice cream.
Hope you give it a try.

Hope you have a great weekend.
