Cricut Joy Owl Card

Hi friends,

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I really appreciate having you here. Today we are using the Cricut Joy to make a really easy and fast owl insert card.

To create this card in Cricut Design Space, on the welcome screen, in the upper left corner type in (insert cards) in the search box. On the next screen, scroll down to Cricut projects, go the far right and click on view all.

Again, in the upper left search box, type in (owl), it should be the first that pops up. Click on the card, to see the preview. Be sure to select the finished size of your card. I chose 4.5 x 5.5. Click customize.

To add text, click on the text box on the left side toolbar. Type your text out. Change to a writing style. Click on the down arrow by the text on the upper left side of top toolbar. On the right, click on filter and choose writing style, then select the font you want to use.

Resize to fit inside the card area. Hover over both the card and the text. Top toolbar again, click on align, and center horizontally. Hover over both the card and the text again, right click and choose attach. This attaches the text to the card.

Then click on make it. Super simple card to make for any occassion.

I chose to use a glitter card stock to go behind the owl. I love the sparkle that it adds to it.
