A: We ship all of our products through USPS. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by USPS. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will make it right.

Q: HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
A: With the greatest care. All of our products are wrapped with tissue paper and bubble wrap if needed. Every order will include a packing slip/order invoice. (If you specify your order as a gift, we will include a gift invoice). We do recycle packages, so you order may arrive an a branded box from another company. We do this to eliminate the cost of ordering boxes, which means a lower price for you!
