1. Can I use more than one coupon?
Sorry, our cart system only allows one coupon to be entered during a single checkout.
2. I forgot something, can you add it to my order?
Once your is placed & submitted, we are not able to make any changes.
3. I meant to ship to a different address, can you change it?
If you contact us within 24 hours of ordering, we can ship to the address you specify. Once your order ships we cannot change it.
4. My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it, what do I do?
Please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to located your shipment.
5. When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days, marshmallow shooters ship within 5 business days.
6. What if my shipment is wrong/damaged?
Please contact us and we will start the return process for you.
7. How is my order packaged?
With the greatest card. All of our products are wrapped with tissue paper and bubble wrap if needed. Every order will include a packing slip.
We do recycle, so your package may arrive in a branded box from another company. We do this the cost of ordering boxes.
8. I received something as a gift and I don't like it, can I return/exchange it?
Yes. Our goal is to make sure you are happy. If you want to return it, we will not offer a refund back to you because it was a gift. We will offer you store credit in the same amount. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. They must be unused and in original packaging.
